Alt + o shortcut does not jump to text

Using the URL format described in the PlainTasks documentation, the Alt + o shortcut will open the file however will not go to the text.

URL example in taskpaper file: [Important Note](Notes.md "Important Note")

Hitting alt + o opens Notes.md file but does not find the Important Note header
