Make it easier to start a new todo-list

While reading through this & trying out the tutorial, I didn't understand why the example keyboard shortcuts weren't working.

This is because I wasn't using the Tasks syntax.

I moved those instructions higher in the tutorial, since creating a new tasks file is frequently the first thing one wants to do.

Were shortcuts not working in Tutorial.todo file? or you opened new tab side-by-side?

Because the idea of tutorial is that user can use it as sandbox, so you don’t need to bother about new file or anything.

Very questionable assertion. From what I’ve seen people usually already have/use some system to store/manage their tasks; and first thing one wants is to see if PT is better replacement or good enough addition for their system.
