Feature request: make hotkey to add link to file position into todo

How it will be usefull:

1. open file from your project
2. goto some line and click HOTKEY
3. after that this feature will add link into current todo to this file and position

1. after that this feature will add link into current todo to this file and position

This is questionable. What if there are several open todo files? or none?

There is Copy File Path in context menu, maybe make similar item which would copy path"selected text" or path:pos_of_cursor

put into todo ralated to project. (project base direcotory/list.todo) or short cut to put link to current position into clipboard
