Missing shfmt formatter tool (IMHO)

Hi, I am surprised that the shfmt tool is not listed: https://github.com/mvdan/sh

Hi,

Sure, please feel free to add this to the appropriate section in the style guide. It's usually best if you write a few sentences outlining the project and it's benefits -- or give a concrete example, if that makes sense as part of the style guide.

Let me know what you think. If you're up to it you can open a pull request and I'll review it. It's a community style guide and I try to keep it that way. Unless a ton of people disagree about something being added to it, we usually will merge pull requests after review.
