[TBC Progression] TBC Darkmoon Cards shouldn't be available until phase 3

Current Behaviour

Since ChromieCraft tries to give a comparable progression to the normal TBC phases and since there have already been made a lot of progression restrictions it would only be appropriate if this affects all gearing aspects such as Darkmoon Cards.

Currently all four TBC Darkmoon Cards are able to be acquired:

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

The four above mentioned TBC Darkmoon Cards should be dropping with patch 2.1 Black Temple which could be the equivalent of ChromieCrafts Outland Raid Phase 3a with the release of Black Temple. For more information check the sources.

(Of course this could be up for debate, but if other items of later phases aren't available I don't see a reason to keep some available that are breaking the expected TBC progression.)
