[DK] Core/Spell: Horn of Winter appears trainable

Hello, friends this is my first report on this community.

CURRENT BEHAVIOUR:

Death Knight trainers offer Horn of Winter Rank 1 (57330) for training even if the player already has the spell trained. (visual bug)

EXPECTED BLIZZLIKE BEHAVIOUR:

it should appear as learned ever.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:

Create a DK and train all on Trainer

In the report, there is a fix, which was applied in the TrinityCore community, however, it cannot be done simply copy and paste, because some things have to be modified. I started working yesterday rushing on a possible solution, and then I realized that it requires a little more care. So I'll see if something can be done about it, but at least we have a possible fix, or part of it.
