[DK Starting Area] Citizen of Havenshire missing event.

Current Behaviour

On AC, Citizen of Havenshire npcs spawn in various point all around the map (Havenshire and New Avalon). They only move near their spawn points.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Citizen of Havenshire npcs periodically spawn in various points in the Havenshire areas (Havenshire Stable, Havenshire Lumber Mill and Havenshire Farms) and then run away in the direction of New Avalon. Inside New Avalon, their path ends when they reach few houses (they despawn inside the houses).

In addition: During their escape, they get hit by arrows that impale them for a few seconds (arrows cause damage to them).
