[DK Starting Area] Scarlet Miners and Cars have no path.

Current Behaviour

On AC, Scarlet Miners and their Mine Cars spawn near the mine and along the path leading to the beach. Scarlet Miners only patrol near their spawn points.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Scarlet Miners and their Mine Cars periodically spawn near the mine east-entrance and then follow a path to the beach. When they reach the end of the path, they simply despawn.
