[DK Starting Area] Horses don't run from Stables to New Avalon.

Current Behaviour

On AC, there is an immobile Horses Pack near New Avalon.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

This pack should periodically spawn at the Havenshire Stables and then running until New Avalon.
