It is merely an aesthetic thing, but I add some screenshots with npcs locations.

Source: Official WoW Cata PTR (if I remember well, TBC and WOTLK areas were not changed during Cataclysm).

Current Behaviour

Number of things are non existent here

  1. On the PTR only x1 Draenei artificer can be seen (there are 3 or so)
  2. As a result of 1, there is a missing Draenei Artificer next to Shaman Trainer Tuluun with whom the worker interracts occasionally as described in the evidence section

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

  1. More than x1 Artificers are present who are working on fixing the buildings
  2. Artificer engages in a dialogue with Tuluun

Telepor tto Azure Watch Check number of Artificers spawns (you will find x1 only that is working) Check if artificer present next to the building right next to SHAMAN trainer Tuluun End
