[NPC spawn position] Withered Bog Lord (19402) stuck inside tree

The spawn point is probably located into the giant mushroom.

Current Behaviour
I observed several times that some of the mobs at the Dead Mire spawn inside a specific tree at this location only. It might either be a Withered Bog Lord or could be one of the others giants, but keeps on happening. Depending on from where you attack, they pop out of the tree or they sometimes just stay frustrated trying to get unstuck. Would be nice to have a look at the spawn position to avoid this.
Expected Blizzlike Behaviour
Mobs should not spawn inside objects, same goes for ore/herbs and so on.
