Grimtotem Raiders in Feralas are repeatedly ensnaring player with Net while under effect of Repentance

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Incapacitated mobs shouldn't be able to perform any actions.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. teleport to Feralas as a paladin
2. agro Grimtotem Raider
3. cast Repentance on it
