[Magtheridon] Banishing Magtheridon does not work

Current Behaviour

Using the cubes does not banish magtheridon while 5 people are actively channeling the cube interaction

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

at any point in time during the fight, you should be able to banish him.

also, in the code banishing him is currently limited to a 12 second window around the blastnova cast start

Steps to reproduce the problem

click the cubes in the second phase of the boss fight with 5 players at the same time
