(Creature/ShadowmoonValley): No Netherwing Ray spawns.

Current Behaviour

Currently there are no Netherwing Ray spawns on the Netherwing Ledge of Shadowmoon Valley. They also likely have no SAI.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

There should be a good few spawns along some of the edges of the ledge. They should also cast Drain Mana on mana users and cast Nether Shock when they have enough mana to do so.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .tele netherwing
2. Run around hunting for Netherwing Rays.
3. Observe no Netherwing Rays.
