Current Behaviour

After releasing contact restriction skills such as Hand of Freedom, the ice surface will not slow down again, and the hunter's trap does not have this problem

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

After the effect ends, it should be slowed down again

Steps to reproduce the problem

1.enter toc 2.start anubarak combat 3.attack frost_sphere 4.use spell 1044

Extra Notes

The appearance and effect of reason spells are not the same, they do not trigger each other Adding a halo check in the update can hack fix issues, but the server may experience extreme lag
