Current Behaviour

Living Cyclone does not use Magnetic Pull and Lightning Shield. The latter does show up in the db

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Has magnetic pull and lighntning shield

Steps to reproduce the problem

Teleport to Nagrand to NPC Living Cylone ID 17160 Fight for 15-20 s observe if it uses Lightning shield start running to see if it uses magnetic pull
