Current Behaviour

Summoned Restless Skeletons during Nightbane's Air Phase give 12 Sha'tar reputation each when killed. https://youtu.be/hGT3t8lpovo

Confirmed to also be in the db

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

These enemies shouldn't give any reputation.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. .tele kara
2. Go to Nightbane (Faster through the back door).
3. Damage Nightbane to 75% to enter Air Phase
4. Wait for the Restless Skeletons to spawn
