Current Behaviour

Currently, mobs Bash'ir Arcanist, Bash'ir Raider and Bash'ir Spell-Thief drop approximately 2.2–3.3 silver when they are killed.

elthehablo: confirmed by checking mingold and maxgold values in database which correspond to the values reported by OP

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

These mobs should drop on average 14 silver each.
