[Nagrand] Quest - Survey the Land

Current Behaviour

Missing additional string when talking to Altruis. The quest event is triggered via another dialog string not related to the quest. Also this dialog string triggers the flight event even without the quest.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

There must be a special string to trigger the event during the quest "Survey the Land" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6oE2mz9mIqU
