Missing event after completing the quest Final code (Alliance)

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

From TC report:

Jenai Starwhisper should yell: Rejoice, my friends! $N has saved us from the looming shadow that threatened our very lives!

Aeman Brightsong should then approach closer to Jenai and first emote: applauds lightly, smiling. Then say: How fortuitous. I believe this calls for some wine. Then walk back. Eckert should also move closer to Jenai (he should run in fact) and say: We're really saved?! YAHOO! Then run back
