Renataki's Charm of Beasts does not clear cooldowns

Current Behaviour

When Renataki's is used it is supposed to clear the cooldown of Aimed Shot, Multishot and Volley, but it does not.

Volley no longer has a cooldown in wotlk, but neither aimed shot nor multishot get reset

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

Aimed Shot and Multishot should have cooldown removed
