Commands such as:

• .bg start once inside a BG which is not started yet, start the BG immediately
• .bg win once inside a BG, close and win the current BG
• .bg lose once inside a BG, close and lose the current BG

Writing a new command script for this as I need a few more BG things in the future anyway.

• [x] win
• [x] lose
• [x] debug 1v0 pop
• [ ] SQL for command helps

Adding help to old debug bg command, that there is a more powerful tool is probably also a good idea
