Characters+Mount and/or only mount 3D view

We could porting the 3D view of the azerothcore-armory into the acore-cms.

Steps to do:

• make a separate and sharable js module to use in azerothcore-armory and others projects to make the 3D view
• integrate the module in acore-cms like a POC (Proof Of Concept)
• create a new SKU (like "itemsend_mount_ENTRY") to show the mount 3D and if the user is logged in the character+mount

We would like to bring this feature and make it sharable in multiple project.
