Only the first row is modified.

  1. Apply https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/pull/15574
  2. Edit creature entry 19220

GroupID was made a primary key here: https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothcore-wotlk/pull/9379
