Sorry @Temisaputra, this is for Linux only. UPP should work with Windows but there are many Linux-specific things in this GUI that would need to be re-worked to support bots OSs, I will consider it but don't hold your breath that it will actually happen anytime soon at least. Give UPP a try or take a look at MorePowerTool instead.
