Short descriptions of each item.

There are a lot of items listed. Too many to look at every item. It would be nice to have a short description to each item, so a user can get an idea of what a framework does, rather than having to look through them all to find something suitable.

Look, for all items it's not required for now. You can add one by one, ten by ten hehe
