OnMessageArrived doesn't always trigger on IDLE!

While using Idle, the OnMessageArrived event doesn't trigger all the time. It seems to work for a day, but after a long period of running it, it seems to stop receiving emails. I've even set the timeout to as low as 2 minutes to avoid the server closing connection.

Any idea what might be causing this? Thank you!
