WR idling causes bandwidth to reduce?

Probably a tricky one. Nothing should be running other than fastlist when WR is idling.

Could share a dummy build with the user with fastlist disabled and see if that changes anything?

If not, more code chopping? Could be something electron native?

Wonder if this has just been fixed by the move away from fastlist.

I asked the user who reported this but they aren't playing currently. Closing this as doubt I'll do anything either way here, it's too niche an issue to spend time on it especially if it's possibly indirectly fixed.
