Improve audio bitrate

I'd like to suggest recording audio in 192 instead of 128 kbps, my game audio sometimes sounds a little crispy when viewing recordings

We don't currently use the audio encoder directly, example of it here: https://github.com/stream-labs/obs-studio-node/blob/staging/tests/osn-tests/src/test_audio_encoder.ts

Had a good go at this today but ultimately failed to find a solution. I've raised https://github.com/stream-labs/obs-studio-node/issues/1367.

The audio encoder seems not applicable for the advanced recording mode.
