Elegant Ota Portal Not Open Again After Network Change

Hello. I have a problem and hope that someone knows how to solve it.

I'm trying to connect to different networks on different times, but I'am having a problem with that, the /update page is empty after change Network and is not any way to get the portal again. The only way is rebooting the ESP8266 without change to another network.

At Chrome Developer Tools I get this log: image
