How to Handle the onchange prop?

Good day, thanks for this custom radio button, as it really help in the project I am currently working on. However, it’s unclear how you’re passing the value of the options and displaying it in a different tag, using the onchange property. Can you please explain how I can achieve this? I’m fairly new to react native
