Bug: CEMU won't recognize Controller from Sleep

So I've repeated this bug a few times. What happens is I switch to X360 mode and launch a game in CEMU and it works.

I close CEMU and sleep the steam deck. When I wake it, I again make sure X360 is selected and launch a game in CEMU, it now does not recognize the controller. I try to toggle back and forth, it does not see it in the Input Settings either.

I restart the steam deck and the issue is resolved.
