Feature request: Having a jpg or png if camera signal is lost

If the connection to the cam device is lost, would be good to show a jpeg or png, like ustreamer does.

-k path, --blank path Path to JPEG file that will be shown when the device is discon‐ nected during the streaming. Default: black screen 640x480 with 'NO SIGNAL'.
