413 Request Entity Too Large

I got a new camera (IMX415) and am unable to stream MJPG 3840x2160@30fps or 2560x1440@30fps. Instead I get a 413 Request Entity Too Large error, which is weird, as this is usually an error on the client side, sending a too large request...

Is there a way to increase the size limit? Without recompilation?

P.S. Smaller resolutions such as 1920x1080@60 work just fine.
