Feature Request: Abilty to set custom static root path

It would be great to have the ability to set a custom path for html static files.

As described in #13 ,

--static path Path to dir with static files instead of embedded root index page. Symlinks are not supported for security reasons. Default: disabled.

This would allow to customize the webpage for camera-streamer to use it in other usecases ( standalone as IP cam for ex.)
