Incorrect display of Cyrillic characters in overlays

Describe the bug When displaying dicom-files with Cyrillic characters in the patient's name and others, they are displayed incorrectly. It does not matter what encoding is set in the tag (0008,0005) - ISO_IR 144 or ISO_IR 192 In the screenshot, incorrect labels are highlighted in yellow.
