• Allows the reentry of detained refugees and legal permanent residents and those in transit;
• Fed Court Ruling creates time frame, and a period of flux, until further ruling;
• Does not revise or lift the 'Muslim Ban' (until final ruling);
• There are numerous reports from airports nationwide of CBP refusing to follow court order;
• Another ruling out of Federal Court in VA ordered reentry of all detained individuals in Dulles Airport, which is limited to VA. There's considerable misreporting about the ruling's effect. The situation is fluid. One day, one hour, one bit of misinformation can mean the difference between reentry and inadmissibility.
