using tag on windows

On windows I build, get tag.exe file which shows an error (on line 175) when used. Do I have to "pick aliases" with windows shell? There are no instructions for windows shell, so... can you show us how to do that?

Unfortunately I have no real experience with Windows and I don't have access to a Windows machine for debugging. 😞

I'm going to have to punt on this until someone with more context can follow up.

Doesn't work on windows. Also, both 386 and amd64 executables are exactly the same.

This version of D:\tag.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.
