adblock function

Is that possible blocking the pictures from ads url? I'm using ublock origin, but all the pictures from BWH can't be blocked.

I'm not sure how ublock works, but shouldn't it prevent ad-images to load? I wouldn't want to implement ad-blocking in this extension.
