Hi! Thank you for submitting a PR! I see you created 2 separate PRs but looks like they have same commits? Would you mind checking it and separating the commits?

This PR has now just one commit. I've developed the file cache on top of HTTP/2 support, so if you would like to merge this PR first, then the other PR, there should be no conflicts.
