Add bin reference so can be used globally

This is brilliant. It would benefit (in my opinion) from having a bin reference in the composer config so it can be installed globally instead of per SilverStripe instance.

I imagine the browser based functionality wouldn't work, but the console (primary purpose?) should be available to use globally (again, in my opinion).
