Add Russian translation.

This patch mainly contains Russian localization, though several small things were fixed along the way:

• Target SDK, Android libs versions
• Application colors (stepped away from default blue:pink ones)
• Info message delay showing extracted APK location was increased a bit for convenience

Sorry for long response, could you please remove other changes from this PR except language itself?

Main reason is that I want to keep min sdk version to 10 (2.3.3) 'cause this application is one of not many tools that can be used on old devices. Even though pretty much nobody uses 2.3.3 anymore, I consider this app as an universal tool (like hammer) which can be used anywhere for any reasons (ex, to dig some old app from ancient device)

Additionally, it is better to do interface changes in separate PR
