Problem

There was a troubleshooting guide left in the root directory from before we were maintaining a proper documentation site. I moved it to the docs folder in https://github.com/axsh/openvnet/pull/331 but it is not ready yet to be published on the proper website.

Solution

Review the guide and add it to the main website's navigation.
