Fix #534

This fixes #534 where the limits are set correctly, but the format fields are not set. Couldn't run unit tests on my local machine. However, I made a monkey patch change on my drf-yasg app and it worked as expected.

Not sure how to look at test results and looks like it's already been broken before? Not sure.
