@seasonal chart , previous button goes to 2 years back (2023)

Describe the bug (required) at seasonal chart

• previous button; goes 2 years back (2023)
• next button: goes 1 year back (2024)

2. also current season is not 2025 ,,, it should be 2024 winter.....

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to seasonal chart
2. Click on Filter button ->
3. press previous button or next button
4. See error

for simplicity this is is a intended behavior, on december the winter season is almost finished anyway

thanks for the PR! but it includes some extra changes and the code should be cleaner...
