Setting to enable notifications for all watching and/or plan to watch shows

Request (required) This is one of the main things keeping me on the offical mal app, it's very nice to get notifs for all watching and/or plan to watch shows, without having to manually enable them for each one.

The current implementation for airing notifications only works when the anime has the broadcast and/or start date info. So if for example I add a button to enable all notifications for your ptw anime, some of them wouldn't be enabled and you'll need to enable it again when the airing info is available. Is that okay for you?

Ideally there would be another state for non-aired shows that either enables their notifs when they air, or you'd just group them up and handle them together with the currently airing ones.

This is ok as a temporary solution, but it's not really preferable imo.
