[Bug] Failed to find fetch when running Jest tests

I'm running into this error when running integration tests using Jest: https://github.com/googleapis/gaxios/issues/87.

Hey @KalleV, thx for reporting this issue. I currently have no time to invest in this project. Just updated all dependencies and released a new version (quite sure this does not resolve your problem). A fixing PR would be welcome.
