[Feature Request] [Taskbar] Change element order

It would be nice if we could change the order of the elements on the taskbar. For example, I want to move the "recents" button to the far right of the taskbar, where the "pin/unpin" button is. A way to implement this would be to add a submenu to the "Dock" page and have draggable labels in a list that would correspond and change the order of the elements. Currently inactive elements would be grayed out, but still be draggable.

Overcoming issue #103 to draw Smart Dock on top of Android navbar destroys flow, because button order can't be matched.
