HMR only works after the application web page is reloaded

Hello! I'm trying to make a telegram bot with NestJS + grammY.

However, during the development process, I came across that the HMR functionality does not work until I reload the web development link (such as http://localhost:5173/). That is, the new code is not applied until I manually reload the web development link.

Thus, during the development process after editing the code, I need to reload the web development link in the browser every time, and only after that the updated version of the code will be applied in the telegram bot.

What settings can I apply so that HRM is applied automatically, without having to reload the web development link? Thanks!
