Twitch livestream downloads failing after updating to v2.5.164 and upgrading to Windows 11

Very recently, about 3-5 days ago, I was downloading Twitch livestreams with no issue, this was on I think the version just before v2.5.164 or the one before.

Now after upgrading to windows 11 and updating to v2.5.164, no settings changed, Twitch livestream downloads now fail with this "Nothing happened?" popup.

Previous versions are no longer running at all now so that doesn't seem to be an option without dealing with a lot of headaches.

Tried running the portable exe of the previous version and the .bat file just doesn't run.

Extracting the previous version's source files leads to a config error telling me to run the most recent version.

Also important to note, after upgrading to Windows 11, my previous Tartube version would ignore my selected destination folder, it only wanted to download to the drive it was installed to. This is what led me to updating. I didn't get to attempt a livestream download with that version as I didn't have enough space for a livestream on the drive it was insisting on downloading to.
